you don't really need one direction to go to.
Sometimes it can be even better to try different directions, to find new paths or maybe even to go multiple directions at the same time.
Maybe all these things will help you to find the right direction eventually.
And it's not even that much of a problem to walk in the wrong direction sometimes, because you learn by your mistakes.
